START Saturday's Reggae 6 strong by crowding the first two events, a 'roof bet', thin in the middle and adding insurance at the end.

The Reggae 6 opener, four-year-olds at five furlongs straight, non-winners of three races, pits short runners, GELROY, DREAM TO REALITY and ALKEBULAN, against strong closers such as WICKED CASSIE and RADAM.

DREAM TO REALITY and ALKEBULAN are favourably drawn at stalls seven and eight, respectively. However, RADAM is next to the outer rail, which gives him pride of place along the faster stands' side to charge at the speedsters should the pace collapse.

ABREATHOFFRESHAIR is terribly drawn at stall two but could gradually angle to the stands, which will give him a great chance at a late rush.

Jason DaCosta's LONDON SPIRIT appears sharp at exercise and is bred to beat the field in the second for two-year-old maidens at five and a half furlongs.

A full brother to BLUE VINYL, Guineas and St Leger winner, 2022, LONDON SPIRIT could make a winning debut. However, maidens, especially two-year-olds, can only be trusted after they past the post, the remedy for which is to spread bets when in doubt.

EASY MONEY, running on a tag for the first time, should live up to his name in the third among $1m claimers at five and a half furlongs as Anthony Nunes and DaCosta continue to throw kitchen sinks at each other in the 2025 trainers' championship battle.

DaCosta should respond immediately with STARRAURA among three-year-olds, non-winners of two races, after the filly's stroll among maidens on Saturday off an eight-month lay-up.

In addition to being favourably drawn in a blink sprint, MONEY MISSION appears to be the quickest in the fifth at four furlongs straight. However, the Parsards' horses tend to return far sharper second time out after their maiden runs, making FEELING FREE a dangerous candidate though drawn at post two.

Close the Reggae 6 with the obvious speed horses, PHOENIX RISEN and BASILICUS. It will be one or the other. Fitness will tell.
